SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers with Arnold & Porter and McCarter & English have received $150,000 of the $1.6 million sought for an employment case they have won.
The attorneys represented hardware manufacturer PNY Technologies Inc. in a dispute over the firing of an executive of a company it acquired, Silicon Valley Solutions Inc. A judge found that plaintiff Lorenzo Salhi brought one of seven claims in bad faith.
