Hogan Lovells (New York): Samaa Haridi joins the international arbitration practice as partner and will focus on international disputes involving joint ventures, international investments, service agreements and construction projects. Haridi was a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Jackson Lewis (Hartford): Richard Vitarelli joins the firm as partner and will focus on representing employers in labor relations and employment law. Vitarelli was a partner at McCarter & English.
Jones Day (Madrid): Jose Bonilla joins the corporate criminal investigations practice as partner and will represent clients in white-collar criminal proceedings with a particular emphasis on financial and securities matters. Bonilla was a partner at Oliva Ayala Abogados.
