Firm Closing: Zucker, Goldberg & Ackerman, a New Jersey bankruptcy and eviction firm, will lay off almost 300 workers, ABA Journal and New Jersey Advance Media reports. The firm previously faced a class action suit for sending out misleading debt collection notices, Law 360 reported in late 2013.
