Kirk Pasich, one of few rainmakers left at Dickstein Shapiro and a nationally known insurance litigator, will pull his practice group from the Washington-based law firm, according to five people familiar with his plans.
Pasich and nine other Dickstein lawyers will join Liner LLP, two of the people said.
Pasich's departure is another blow to the shrinking Dickstein. He is head of the insurance practice group at the firm, the group's most significant business generator and was previously a member of Dickstein's executive committee.
