Arizona State Law Gets Its Biggest Chair Endowment To Date
The Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law has received $2 million from the Steele Foundation—an Arizona-based charitable organization focused on education and health. The funds will endow a chair in civil and criminal law, named for foundation chairman and chief executive officer Daniel Cracchiolo. The Steele Foundation gift is the largest the law school has ever received for an endowed chair.

The Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law has received $2 million from the Steele Foundation—an Arizona-based charitable organization focused on education and health.
The funds will endow a chair in civil and criminal law, named for foundation chairman and chief executive officer Daniel Cracchiolo. The Steele Foundation gift is the largest the law school has ever received for an endowed chair.
A graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Cracchiolo co-founded Phoenix law firm Burch & Cracchiolo in 1970.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
