Police in Delaware have arrested a recent graduate of the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law for the August murder of a law school classmate.

Benjamin Rauf was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with first-degree murder and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, the Delaware New Castle County Police Department announced Wednesday.

Rauf is suspected of shooting and killing fellow Temple graduate Shazim Uppal during what police believe was a robbery and drug deal. Police said both men were involved in the marijuana trade.
