The Trump Organization has settled another lawsuit against a second big-name chef who decided not to open a restaurant in the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C.

The settlement with Geoffrey Zakarian, the terms of which were confidential, came less than a week after another confidential settlement was announced with restauranteur José Andrés over the same aborted restaurant deal. Andrés and Zakarian backed out of the deal because of President Donald Trump's campaign rhetoric about immigrants.

According to a joint statement from the Trump Organization and Ceruzzi Properties—the company that backed the deal with Zakarian—the dispute was resolved amicably.
