A day after ousted FBI Director James Comey's explosive testimony about his meetings with President Donald Trump, the president's lawyer, Marc Kasowitz, is planning to file a complaint against Comey, according to media reports.

CNN reports that Kasowitz is preparing a complaint to be filed to the U.S. Department of Justice over Comey's decision to give a friend, Daniel Richman, a copy of the memos he took after meeting with the president, and in turn, having Richman give them to a reporter.

In response, Trump took to Twitter to declare Comey was “a leaker.”
