McIver appeared before judge Robert McBurney. McIver shot his wife Diane as they rode in their SUV in midtown Atlanta in the fall of 2016. McIver has said it was an accident and initially faced involuntary manslaughter charges. A grand jury indicted him for murder in April. A judge revoked his bond after officers found a gun in his home. Judge McBurney is reviewing material presented at today’Äôs hearing to determine whether bond will be granted.
