Sacha Morris, a rising 2L at UC Berkeley School of Law, is living a dream she's had since grade school. “I've wanted to be a lawyer since I was maybe 12 years old,” Morris says.

This summer, Morris is more than six weeks into her 10-week legal internship at Airbnb Inc. The San Francisco-based home-sharing company is giving Morris a broad view of its internal legal work, rotating her through practices such as commercial, real estate, intellectual property and privacy.

Morris previously worked as a legal intern at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, but she wanted to explore in-house work this summer. After an application and a lot of interview prep — in which she says she “fell in love” with Airbnb's mission — she got the job.
