Share two trial tips that have been key to your success. |
  1. Nothing is more important for trial than having an encyclopedic understanding of the discovery record. By knowing the facts better than the witnesses and their counsel, attorneys can ensure that trial testimony is candid by immediately impeaching the witness on conflicting responses.
  2. This requires dogged efforts during discovery to build the record and months of preparation to study the evidence.
