Trying and winning the IDS case within three months of filing it. That victory was truly rewarding, because Reid Collins secured dissolution of the company and wrested control from bad management. The ruling should hasten the company's life-changing technology to help stem the rampant addiction caused by opioid abuse.

Reid Collins' landmark [U.S. Supreme Court] victory in [Merit Management Group v. FTI Consulting], which severely limited the scope of Section 546(e) of the bankruptcy code, changed the landscape of fraudulent transfer litigation and is now used as precedent, inter alia, in the firm's $1 billion Boston Generating case.
