Tell us about your biggest client wins this year. As lead counsel for the class of End-Payer Plaintiffs in the Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Drug litigation, I was very gratified that [the] Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania denied Defendants' motions to dismiss plaintiffs' claims of an overarching conspiracy and allowed those claims to proceed.

What's the best lesson you learned as a young lawyer? I believe developing a [niche] practice in the field of antitrust was a very important lesson, as well as learning to take risks and not being discouraged by the inevitable setbacks.

What's been the most significant change in your practice area and how have you adjusted? I believe the changes in class action jurisprudence is an area of law that has required all practitioners to think early in the case as to how to conduct merits discovery and how to use experts in this important stage of the proceedings.

Share an interesting fact about your firm that few know. The firm puts a great deal of emphasis on camaraderie and fun. It is far easier to cope with the stresses inherent in the practice of law if you are surrounded with people who make you laugh and truly enjoy their work.
