Tell us about your biggest client wins this year. The two landmark Roundup cancer verdicts against Monsanto. Pilliod v. Monsanto resulted in a $2 billion jury verdict in May and Hardeman v. Monsanto resulted in $80 million in March. In both trials, the jury found that Monsanto's weed killer caused the plaintiffs to develop non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and that Monsanto failed to warn of this severe health hazard. The jury also found that Monsanto acted with malice, oppression or fraud, and should be punished for its conduct, so [it] awarded punitive damages.

What's the best lesson you learned as a young lawyer? Always be honest.
