The House Intelligence Committee has released its impeachment inquiry report, detailing its investigation into allegations that President Donald Trump improperly withheld military aid to Ukraine and leveraged an Oval Office meeting in exchange for investigations into his political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

The 300-page report is divided into two sections: The first is on Trump's alleged misconduct, and the second focuses on his alleged obstruction of the impeachment inquiry.

The report touches upon testimony from witnesses that detailed actions by National Security Council attorneys John Eisenberg and Michael Ellis, as well as White House counsel Pat Cipollone. And it also includes conduct—including tweets—by Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, who has been at the heart of the impeachment inquiry.

The House Judiciary Committee will begin its phase of the inquiry Wednesday, with testimony from four constitutional law scholars about impeachment.
