The en banc ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit that lawmakers aren't blocked from going to court over subpoenas against the Trump administration was a win for the House. But a dissenting judge in the case warned of a "Pyrrhic victory" for lawmakers, pointing to prolonged delays in the litigation that will likely prevent them from obtaining the information at the heart of the cases any time soon.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
