Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died Sept. 18 after a battle with cancer, will lie in repose at the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday and Thursday, with an opportunity for public viewing outdoors.

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi also announced Monday that the late justice will lie in state in the National Statuary Hall in the Capitol on Friday. A formal ceremony will be held that morning open only to invited guests.
