As Democratic committee members boycotted the vote, Senate Judiciary Republicans on Thursday unanimously voted to send Judge Amy Coney Barrett's U.S. Supreme Court nomination to the full Senate.
"We did it. We did it. Judge Barrett is going to the Senate floor," said Committee chairman Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. The Senate is expected to vote on Barrett's confirmation on Oct. 26.
