President Donald Trump's campaign turned on Tuesday to a defense lawyer for former national security adviser Michael Flynn as it asked the Nevada Supreme Court to cease the counting of some mail-in ballots in Clark County, a request the state's high court rejected as Trump and Joseph Biden found themselves locked in a tight race for the White House that is expected to give rise to further new litigation over the next several days.
