Dana Remus, who served as general counsel on Joe Biden's presidential campaign, was named Tuesday the top White House lawyer, the transition team said in a statement.
Under the Obama administration, Remus was the deputy White House counsel for ethics. She was previously a professor at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she specialized in judicial ethics and the regulation of the legal profession.
