A federal district judge ordered the public release of audio from oral arguments held in a Trump campaign lawsuit earlier this week that feature the president’s attorney Rudy Giuliani.

It’s rare for trial courts to make audio of their proceedings publicly available. U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania said in an order Thursday he “believes that the public’s interest in this particular case outweighs the court’s general concerns regarding the taping, recording or broadcasting of court proceedings.”
