With Democrats likely winning the Georgia Senate runoffs and control of Congress, President-elect Joe Biden could see an easier path to confirming his Cabinet and judicial nominees and enacting his legislative agenda. And it will also open up the door to reversing regulations recently implemented under President Donald Trump, without facing the kinds of lawsuits the Trump administration repeatedly saw.
