Donald Trump, one of his sons and Rudy Giuliani are facing a new federal lawsuit alleging they incited the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

Attorneys with KaiserDillon, as well as a pair of boutique litigation firms in Washington, D.C.—Caleb Andonian and Coburn & Greenbaum—filed the lawsuit on behalf of Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-California, in federal court in D.C. on Friday. The complaint also targets GOP Rep. Mo Brooks of Alabama.
