Five of the six female former Jones Day associates who sued the firm over pay discrimination in 2019 have dropped all claims against the firm, three months after giving up on their bid for a class action.

Nilab Rahyar Tolton, Andrea Mazingo, Meredith Williams, Jaclyn Stahl, and Saira Draper all agreed Thursday to dismiss their remaining claims with prejudice. A sixth former associate, Katrina Henderson, is continuing with a number of individual claims including violations of federal, state and local statutes governing equal pay and racial discrimination.
