A former Covington & Burling associate who was recently general counsel for the Obama Foundation is shifting over to the Treasury Department, where she will be deputy general counsel.
Addar Levi, who was at Covington from 2014 and 2016 where she practiced in the international trade and life sciences groups, previously served as deputy associate counsel at the White House from 2016 to 2017. Levi is a Harvard Law School graduate.
