Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher on Tuesday announced the hire of former Maryland U.S. Attorney Robert Hur as a partner in Washington, D.C., as a number of federal prosecutors continue to find new homes in Big Law.

Just this week, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliff brought on Brian Moran, former U.S. attorney in Washington state and Greenberg Traurig landed longstanding Utah U.S. Attorney John Huber, while Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler onboarded Lauren Schorr Potter, a former assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
