Anne Milgram, a former New Jersey attorney general and Justice Department lawyer, received compensation for consulting work, legal services and law school teaching.

Anne Milgram, Lowenstein Sandler special counsel and a former New Jersey attorney general, reported compensation of more than $1 million from sources including the firm, her consulting services and law school teaching, according to a financial statement released Thursday as part of her nomination to lead the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Milgram's disclosure, a mandatory public filing for many top-level U.S. government officials, showed $252,390 in salary from the New York University School of Law, where she is a professor of practice and executive director of the Criminal Justice Lab. Milgram reported $205,051 in salary from Lowenstein, a firm she joined in 2017. She also noted a $108,585 bonus received in March. She was New Jersey's top lawyer from 2007 to 2010 and her career has included stints as an assistant DA in Manhattan and as a federal prosecutor.
