Corporations—particularly in the pharmaceutical and tech sectors—are readying themselves for a coordinated spotlight on antitrust behavior in multiple jurisdictions, and law firms are readying themselves to meet that demand.

"Agencies are going to be increasingly collaborating with each other across borders," says Gail Levine, who was deputy director of Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition. She left the FTC last month for Mayer Brown, where is now a partner and co-lead of the firm's global antitrust and competition practice.
