Attorneys for Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and secretary of state Brad Raffensperger are asking a federal judge in Texas to toss a specious lawsuit seeking to overturn the 2020 election lawsuits, saying the complaint "is perhaps one of the most frivolous yet" of those filed in the wake of the Nov. 3 election.
