President Joe Biden has selected former Boies Schiller Flexner partner Hampton Dellinger to run the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Policy as Biden continues to build out his DOJ leadership team.

Dellinger left Boies Schiller in November 2020 to start his own firm, and has worked pro bono on cases involving gender discrimination, voting rights and the removal of Confederate monuments. Dellinger had been a partner at Boies Schiller since 2013, according to his LinkedIn page.
