The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will start holding in-person arguments again in September, but with several restrictions in place.
Arguing counsel and court staff will be allowed in the building for the arguments, according to the court’s announcement Tuesday. However, public access to the courthouse—located near the White House in downtown Washington, D.C.— “remains temporarily restricted,” according to the administrative order issued by Chief Judge Kimberly Moore.
