The decision of whether Sidney Powell and other attorneys behind a 2020 election lawsuit in Michigan should face disciplinary action is in the hands of U.S. District Judge Linda Parker.

Parker on Monday presided over a six-hour hearing on whether the lawyers who filed last November’s challenge, which the judge previously rejected, should face sanctions as requested by the city of Detroit and Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s office.
