A magistrate judge in Colorado on Friday pushed attorneys behind a lawsuit over the 2020 election about how they reviewed allegations included in the complaint before they filed them in federal court.

Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter held the hearing after attorneys with Dominion Voting Systems, Facebook and the Center for Tech and Civic Life, as well as the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan, sought sanctions over a proposed class action lawsuit filed last year by lawyers Gary Fielder and Ernest Walker.
