The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled Monday that U.S. District Judge Alan Albright clearly abused his discretion when he refused to transfer SITO Mobile R&D IP LLC's patent infringement action against the Santa Monica, California-based Hulu to the Central District of California.
