A federal judge in Washington, D.C., will allow Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation lawsuits against Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell to move forward in full, in a blow to the Trump allies.

Dominion’s attorneys with Clare Locke filed the three lawsuits against the attorneys and Lindell in the D.C. district court earlier this year over false statements made about the voting company’s role in the 2020 election, including that it helped rig the race against former President Donald Trump.
