Lawyers can expect courts to keep up virtual proceedings after the pandemic, according to a new survey released Wednesday.

Thomson Reuters questioned more than 238 judges and other court staff and officials in state, county and municipal courts in June about the impact of the covid pandemic on their court proceedings. Ninety-three percent of the respondents said they were involved in remote proceedings last year, and 89% of them are doing so this year as well.
