Matthew Berry—the former chief of staff to Federal Communications Commission chairman Ajit Pai—has surfaced at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner in the firm's communications and information technology section of its regulatory practice.
Berry left the FCC in January after eight years at the federal communications regulator and arrived at Akin Gump on Monday.
