Washington-headquartered Am Law 100 firm Crowell & Moring has invested in more specialist talent to help build out its transaction and tax business, bringing on Anthony Provenzano, an experienced compensation, employee benefits and Employee Retirement Income Security Act lawyer.
David Blair, the chairman of Crowell's tax group, said bringing on Provenzano was part of the firm's concerted effort to deepen its offerings in its transaction and tax business.
