Greenberg Traurig has tapped Food and Drug Administration litigator James Fraser to join the firm as a shareholder in its Washington, D.C., office—the second government health care lawyer hired to that office this year, following the May addition of Department of Health and Human Services general counsel Robert Charrow.

In an interview, Fraser said the expects an uptick in FDA enforcement actions as the agency returns to its pre-pandemic pace.
