With both enforcement and the number of cases involving national security on the rise, Jenner & Block has added a former CIA deputy general counsel to its roster in Washington, D.C.
Shreve Ariail, who oversaw litigation and served as legal adviser for the agency during executive and congressional investigations, will be a partner in the firm's compliance, national security and cybersecurity practices, the firm announced Monday.
