The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday tossed a former Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan associate’s racial and gender discrimination lawsuit against the law firm.

Nwaneri, sued Quinn Emanuel in 2019 claiming the firm’s Washington, D.C., office has a “boy’s club” culture with business practices that discriminate against women and Black employees.
