Big Law has addressed such big issues as vaccination, safety and flexibility as they prepare for workers to return to the office. But lying just below those large issues are innumerable smaller ones that could wreak havoc as most firms prepare to have their people back in the office. 

Some of those issues will require some effort but little time. The bevy of information technology issues can likely be solved quickly. Overgrown plants in offices will get trimmed.
