Kenneth Wainstein, one of the most well-known white-collar lawyers in Washington, D.C., revealed a $13.3 million partnership share from Davis Polk & Wardwell as part of his nomination for a top position in the Department of Homeland Security in the Biden administration.

Wainstein has been a partner in Davis Polk’s white-collar defense and investigations practice since 2017. His clients included top Obama administration intelligence officials, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan, according to an ethics filing
