Hughes Hubbard & Reed has brought on Kenyen Brown, a former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Alabama and longtime Congressional Ethics Committee attorney, as partner in Washington, D.C.

Brown was Alabama’s first Black U.S. attorney. He will be part of the firm’s white-collar and regulatory defense/anti-corruption and internal investigations practice. He also counsels corporate clients on matters related to the Foreign Corruption Practices Act and the False Claims Act.
