Litigation boutique Hausfeld has announced a global leadership transition, effective Jan. 1, 2022, that has not only been three years in the making but also is betting heavily on global antitrust claims.

The firm’s founder and longtime chair, Michael Hausfeld, is stepping into a chair emeritus role, making way for a multileader structure that will aim to build on his drive for international expansion with an antitrust focus.
