A federal judge on Thursday sounded dubious of claims made by an attorney challenging fines imposed against three GOP members for failing to wear a mask on the House floor.

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton of the District of Columbia heard arguments on the House’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought forward by Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Thomas Massie and Ralph Norman after they were fined for violating a House resolution that required they wear masks in the House chamber.
