Am Law 100 firm Steptoe & Johnson has added another professional to its expanding legal talent team, in a move the firm said reflected its “increased emphasis on holistic attorney development.”

Khara Kelsch joins from Goodwin Procter, where she was an attorney development manager. At Steptoe, Kelsch will manage the firm’s coaching and career development programs, with a focus on individual coaching, group training, workplace skill development, mentoring programs, and general career growth.
