Am Law 100 firm K&L Gates has recruited two new partners—one to its antitrust team and one to its benefits and executive compensation practice area.
The two practice areas are in hot demand, according to the firm. Its benefits team is "robust" and "busy," said Washington managing partner, J. Barclay Collins, while demand for antitrust work is booming, thanks to the area's heightened focus in Congress, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Trade Commission.
