Cooley, for the second time this year, has snagged a former U.S. Supreme Court clerk for its appellate and litigation practices: associate David Louk.
Louk clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg until her death in September 2020. After Ginsburg's death, Justice Stephen Breyer added Louk to his clerk group for the October 2020-21 term.
