Top legal recruiters in the D.C. area are predicting a buoyant talent market in 2022 with only one exception to the frantic movement of 2021: It will be even more buoyant and frantic.

Dan Binstock, a partner with Garrison & Sisson, said 2021 was a year of “unanticipated and unprecedented competition” for talent—both partners and associates. “It’s the highest I have ever seen,” he said.
